CASSANDRA HAS OVER 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY, SINCE 2007 CASSANDRA BEGAN SERVICING LOANS LEADING INTO PROCESSING LOANS IN 2010, CASSANDRA BEGAN UNDERWRITING IN 2013 AS WELL. HER ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND COMMUNICATE THE ENTIRE PROCESS TO CLIENTS IS SECOND TO NONE. SHE HAS A FIRM BELIEF THAT COMMUNICATION IS A DRIVING FACTOR IN THE SUCCESS OF A SMOOTH LOAN PROCESS. GUIDING CLIENTS FROM BEGINNING TO END, ALL WHILE BEING READILY AVAILABLE AT A MOMENTS NOTICE FOR HER CLIENTS AND AGENTS ALIKE.
MY EDUCATION
I started out in loan servicing in 2007. Was in loan servicing for about 3 years before becoming a loan processor in 2010. I became a loan processor with bank of America and pushed through the bank of America underwriting trainings and became an underwriter within 2 years. In 2013, I got licensed as a loan originator and still processed and originated loans. Continued to process and originate still currently.
I enjoy watching my kids be active in sports and spending time with our baseball families. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I will make sure you know what’s happening with your mortgage as it progresses through the process and will be available to answer your questions. I’ll be with you every step of the way, from application to closing and beyond.
My passion for this business is not only being able to provide home ownership to families and friends but to also gain long term relationships with each and everyone I work with. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to grow with every family I help.
